Volunteer Update:
Volunteer Information
PUSD Volunteer Process
We are building a better volunteer process! Our volunteer system is getting an upgrade to make things more efficient for everyone.
While our new process is in development, we’re still welcoming volunteers, just in a slightly different way.
If you’re eager to help, you can still visit campus and support our schools as a visitor until the new process launches in mid-September.
In the meantime, If you are planning to volunteer on a regular and consistent basis, please use this time to complete your TB assessment or testing so that you are ready to go when our new system launches. Those instructions can be found below.
Thank you for your patience as we improve this process. We can’t wait to see you on campus!
Volunteering at Chaparral
We are so thankful for our parent volunteers, and we welcome you to join our fantastic volunteer team!
Before you volunteer on campus (in any capacity) or attend a field trip, you must complete a Megan's Law background check, submit a signed Code of Conduct, give us the results from a current, negative TB test.
Please see below for more specific information regarding the required forms.
